SDS evidence: Every selected supplier SDS is retained separately and privately after sign-in. A COSHH pack cannot be issued until that retention is confirmed. The SDS supports the record; the completed COSHH assessment remains the assessment evidence.

Document language: English is included first. A bilingual export also contains your complete reviewed translation in the selected language, followed by the original supplier SDS files. Select the document languages in step 5; translated safety content must be supplied and checked before bilingual export.

Tool terms and professional responsibility
This free tool produces an editable draft from the information supplied. It does not certify compliance, approve the work or replace competent professional judgement. The employer, contractor and relevant dutyholders remain responsible for checking site conditions, coordinating with others, implementing controls, briefing workers and reviewing the assessment when circumstances change.
Privacy and data handling
Selected SDS files are retained locally immediately and, after sign-in, uploaded privately to your account as separate evidence. Final issue is blocked until retention is confirmed. Removing a COSHH item or clearing a draft does not automatically delete the retained SDS; only an explicit deletion from My saved packs removes the account copy. Completed PDFs are saved only when you choose account storage. Direct review, when explicitly chosen, sends the PDF and your account email to SHEQ Excellence through its email delivery provider. How professional review is priced
Self-service drafting is free. Optional review is priced per activity according to complexity and confirmed scope. Specialist and higher-risk work is quoted separately before any paid work begins.
